Confused on gender and sex? Try milking a bull!
It is deeply concerning that some members of the Indian judiciary seem determined to import divisive ideas from the West that have the potential to undermine the basic social structures of our nation.
There is an Urgent Need for Judicial Restraint on Imposing Gender Fluidity in India
The Chief Justice of India (CJI) appears eager to impose these radical notions imbibed from West on over 140 million unsuspecting Indians.
Many Indians are aware of the debates in the United States and other Western countries surrounding gender-neutral toilets and the rights of transgender individuals to access facilities based on their gender identity.
They are also familiar with the push to use terms like "birthing people" instead of "mother" and "father."
However, most Indians view these discussions as distant and unrelated to their own lives. They are largely unaware that the CJI is keen on implementing these controversial ideas in India.
Consider the potential consequences of such policies.
What if your daughter is forced to share her school toilet with a boy who claims to identify as a girl?
How would you feel if this boy filed a writ petition against the school or parents who refused him access to the girls' toilet? Imagine if the court judgment sided with the boy.
The CJI's recent comments on the subject are cause for concern.
He has been quoted as saying, "There is no absolute concept of a man or an absolute concept of a woman at all. It's not the question of what your genitals are.
It is far more complex, that's the point.
So even when the Special Marriage Act says man and woman, the very notion of a man and a woman is not an absolute based on genitals."
For 10000 years of known Indian civilization, men were men and women were women

While it is true that some concepts are fluid and not absolute, it is essential to recognize the potential consequences of imposing these ideas on an entire nation already grappling with numerous social and political challenges.
Instead of focusing on issues of gender and sexuality, the judiciary should prioritize the resolution of pending cases.
Now in India too, there is a new assault on its most solid bulwark - the family.
West has been grappling with woke ideas for quite some time.
All kinds of pedophiles and sickos are taking over the western society very fast in the name of gender uncertainty.
The wokes are now targeting your family.
Through these sick ideas of the right to extra marital affairs and gender fluidity and what not.
It is sad that the judiciary is being instrumental in facilitating such vile attacks on Indian family system.
Varna, jaati, kul, gotra, Gaon, Rashtra, dharma all have been attacked and distorted, misinterpreted systematically. However, the nation survived because the family remained intact.
Now it is under a vigorous attack with long term impact almost certain. They want to snatch your right to have a family too.

Besides, judges should not be keen on making laws.
They are there to interpret laws made by the Parliament.
They should not assume they are gods, or the nature itself.
A man is a man is a man. A woman is a woman is a woman and not a man.
A man with a genital should never be allowed in a lady's toilet.
Even if he is a potential SC judge feeling like a woman trapped in a man's body.
It really is crucial for the Indian judiciary to exercise restraint and refrain from forcing radical ideas on a population that may not be ready to accept them.
Because of the sheer stupidity inherent in those ideas.
Think of it.
A judiciary that is still unsure if a girl should be allowed in the class with a veil or not, is goading the society to allow a male into a female's toilet. Or allow a male to marry another male and then have the right to adopt a minor girl as a child.
Or allow a male to feel like a woman in August and then feel like a man in September.
And as a popular meme goes: if one is really confused about gender, he should try milking a bull at least once!
That is because the BULL is no judge to have any such confusion before delivering instant judgment.
